Biography

Nadiah is a Managing Associate at Prism Chambers and is a barrister-at-law practising at the Bar of Mauritius. Her main area of expertise is tax law. She specialises in both domestic and international taxation and also advises clients on cross-border transactions. She has significant experience in assisting clients at all stages of their tax disputes and also advises her clients on tax implications of various transactions. Nadiah also has extensive experience in conducting trainings and seminars on exchange of information legislations in force in Mauritius.
